Review:

The first time I used Bioderma SensiBio it was a 100 ml bottle that my cousin got me from abroad. But that was quite long ago and since I didn't have the bottle and Sensibio wasn't available here, I never got to review it. But luckily I was recently given some amazing goodies at a beauty bloggers meetup by Bioderma Pakistan and since it also had SensioBio I decided to review it for you guys.

Bioderma Sensibio (aka Crealine H20 Solution micellaire) comes in transparent bottle in three sizes 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml. Micellar water basically is a solution containing oil molecules to remove dirt and makeup from skin. Sensibio has a fragrance-free and alcohol-free formula which makes it ideal for sensitive skin. This water based makeup remover is so gentle it would work on any skin type without causing breakouts.

It effortlessly removes all sorts of make-up, even waterproof make-up but it struggles a bit with waterproof mascara so you need to wipe that off two to three times. It does not spread make up residue from one spot to another. Try removing a red lipstick and you'd know what I am talking about. Because it is a thin liquid, use a cotton pad or ball to remove makeup. It cleanses the skin while soothing it and the best part is it is non- drying and doesn't sting or irritate plus leaves no residue.

Overall, I absolutely love this makeup remover and it is 100% worth the hype! For the price it may seem expensive but it does last for a very long time.

Pros:

  • Paraben-free.
  • Fragrance-free.
  • Alcohol-free.
  • Doesn't sting eyes.
  • Doesn't dry out skin or leave skin greasy.
  • Suitable for all skin types.

Cons:

  • You find it pricey.
  • Availability can be an issue.

My Rating:
4/5

Bioderma Sensibio is available at Hyperstar (if you're Karachi based). You can also purchase it online through various Facebook pages.
