Use once or twice weekly after cleansing. Smooth a thick layer onto the face and neck avoiding the lip and eye area, using fingertips. Leave for 5-10 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Mask does not dry.

My Review:
The Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Face Mask comes in a tub. It is also available in a sachet. It has a typical tea tree smell that some of you might find overpowering but I think it isn't as strong as the other products in their tea tree line. I like it.

I don't have acne but I do get pimples. So, for the occasional bumps this is my favourite mask because it can last for months. The mask instantly soothes the pimple, reduces the redness and the pimple size decreases or shrink. That's good enough for me. This mask is suitable for blemished skin. It wouldn't help with acne scars but it doesn't claim to.

It spreads smoothly on the face and gives a tingling sensation for the first few minutes. It gives a hint of heating effect and does not feel heavy on the face. The mask is very soothing. I leave it on for about 15-20 to really let it sink in. On washing the mask off, it gives a cooling effect. I then apply a moisturizing lotion. It's fairly easy to wash off with a cloth.

One of the best things about this mask is that it's not drying. It leaves your face feeling very clean and refreshed. Keeps oil at bay for quite many hours. Sometimes, I use the mask as a sort of spot treatment, and it feels great! I dab it on the pimple leave it overnight and the next morning, there is noticeable decrease in its size and redness and it takes away the pain.

Overall, it's very nice face treatment and is worth the price. I use it once a week so one sachet lasts me a month. The only one thing that puts me off about the product is the tub because you have to use fingers to dig out the mask.
