Happiness is Inner Glow!

Pond's is one of the pioneers when it comes to skincare products. What I love about Pond's is that they are backed with science! I myself use so many products by them because it just suits my skin so well. I find them super amazing!

And things got even more amazing for me when I was invited to attend Pond's White Beauty Relaunch event that took place at Area 51 on 20th May in Karachi. The purpose of this event was to introduce Pond's White Beauty range to help women unblock their Inner Glow. Another interesting part of the event was the dress code which was to wear white and black with a touch of pink.

Upon arrival I was greeted by lovely Adeeqa Nazir. I then got to meet my fellow bloggers. And I must mention, the ambiance was BREATHTAKING! Everything literally had a touch of pink!

The event was hosted by Pond's Brand Manager Rabia Abdul. She gave a brief introduction about the products and explained how Pond's White Beauty range goes 3 layers deep and clears the dark spots. The GenWhite formula reveals spot-less radiance and gives a healthy glow by working directly with your skin.

Then the beautiful Alishba Yusuf, who's the face of Pond's in Pakistan, went on stage explained further about Pond's. She then questioned the audience what made them feel beautiful. Various answers were given but most of us answered the same thing, a flawless healthy skin that glows. She also asked a few ladies to share their journey to inner glow. It was a pleasant chit-chat session that kept the audience engaged.

To make the event more interesting, there was this fun activity. There was a beautiful pink wall made of blocks. Each block had a task written behind it. We were supposed to take out the blocks one by one and do the task.

The tasks were simple. They were basically messages regarding inner glow that the bloggers were supposed to Tweet or post on Facebook/Instagram.

I was able to do 24 tasks and guess what? I won! =D

We were then treated with yummy snacks. And I must say, best table setting ever! Everything was so colour coordinated and cute!

Each one of us was gifted a goodie bag at the time of departure.
