My Review:
Okay first off, I'm in love with Vitamin E range. This body butter is fantastic. The scent is creamy and delicate, just baby fresh and is not over powering so it does not clash with perfumes. It is slight pink in colour and quite thick in consistency but spreads out easily. It absorbs beautifully on the skin at the apt amount, does not make skin oily or dry after sometime and does not leave a greasy feel after application.
This butter leaves skin feeling smooth and soft for sometime but it's definitely not going to keep your skin really soft, regardless of how much you apply. So if you're seeking softness, you should seek elsewhere. But what this butter does is hydrating your skin for long periods of time. The hydration is just great. Excellent for very dry skin. Also for sensitive skin, it works quite well.
I usually use this butter after taking a bath and before hitting the bed, and when I wake up I can feel a layer on my skin as if it has locked the hydration. So when I wash my hands, I can feel the cream coming off. I hope you get what I'm trying to say.
One more thing that I noticed is it has lighten my knuckles. Yes, it has! My sister uses it too and she had really dark knuckles but it has lighten hers as well. I bought it in summer and tho it does not feel heavy, I still think it'd be more appropriate for winter unless you have a really dry skin.
What I don't like about the product is the package. It's a round container with product plopped in and a screw-on lid which makes it unhygienic and difficult to manage when your hands are covered in product. Also, this butter is expensive as compared to other butters so you might find it pricey but I think the amount you get for the price is quite justified. It also contains parabens (preservatives).
Pros:
My Rating:
4/5
