WARM LEMON WATER

4. Detox:
The citric acid in lemon enhances your body’s ability to naturally flush out unwanted toxins by enhancing enzyme function, stimulating your liver.

5. Improves Skin:
Lemons are rich in antioxidants which are linked to anti-aging properties. The antioxidants in lemon juice help to not only decrease blemishes, but wrinkles too.

  6. I do drink that every morning, but with a spoonful of Apple cider vinegar & honey. Supposedly, the benefits are the same, and more so "Apple Cider Vinegar" is so raved about for its metabolism boosting properties. Unfortunately, I no longer can have it near, as it gives me heart burn, the cons of old age :p, hence i take it in this form. Have u or anyone else tried it?
